      An allowance of $200 of free medifast food is given to each employee per month. Corporate building and manufacturing plant employees receive free access to owings mills gym within walking distance of the buildings. Employees take ownership of challenges and problems

      Cons

      Very fast paced. A lost of changes are ongoing and you have to stay on your feet as they occur.
