- Recruiters lie to you about commission, upward mobility potential, weekends you are required to work and holidays during the interview process. - Do not have a standard protocol for conducting performance reviews, thus making it impossible to receive a promotion or pay increase. - Hours for Center Employees were constantly being expanded on weekends without providing extra staff to help cover those hours or compensation for current employees. - Most centers are understaffed requiring extra work for employees as well as limited time off. No balance between life/work. - A lot of clients returned programs due to medical problems they had after eating the food. - Poor HR
