      Pros

      Paid holiday, friendly co-workers in some locations.

      Cons

      Two faced managers that lie to get ahead. High staff turnover and understaffed. Some employees have had to work shifts alone. Constant miscommunication from ownership and managers, unattainable goals, stress to reach unrealistic goals. This company does not market and expects you to find the business for them but they do not tell you that in the interview

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
