Horrible company to work for! - Center Manager Medifast Employee Review

poor communication, no respect, long hours, working weekends, ridiculous unrealistic sales goals, the company charges weight loss program fees of hundreds of dollars to clients to sit for 5 minutes with counselors who don't know anything about weight loss! and the employee retention is very low, this company cannot keep good employees for over a year! and now they are paying employees commission only, really? the only employees that get promoted are the ones that work in the corporate headquarters who can say the word "scope" more than 5 x's in a sentence.
