      Pros

      I have been working full-time for Medifast for close to 4 years now and love the FREE Medifast food. I've lost close to 15 pounds in the last few months with the help of Medifast! I also LOVE all of the benefits and employee discounts!

      Cons

      I wish the profit share program was better.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.
