Average pay…yearly raise, team atmosphere and yearly bonuses…Christmas and in March.
Cons
Management has favorite people based on race and they are over looked in everything they don’t. Recent changes in the economy has slowed business way down. Working pt hours going on 8 months now yet they are still hiring ppl!!!!
