Making great strides - Anonymous employee Medifast Employee Review

I find the organizational culture to be very open and friendly. Leadership has been working hard to improve employee engagement based off of the survey mentioned in some of the previous posts. There are some great benefits including tuition reimbursement, free food product and an AWESOME gym with free personal training. There has also been a great focus to get involved in the community over the last year, and I'm proud of the contributions Medifast is making.
