      Pros

      I love our Medifast community and my co-workers. I find that we are all passionate about health and wellbeing. Lots of us are remote and we find ways to get in meetings/huddles/quick texts to feel like you are still a community!

      Cons

      -I'm not in love with our health insurance plan! I wish it was BCBS!

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
