Pros
They train well. If you have no experience, you can start here as a stepping stone. They almost never fire or lay people off.
Cons
The company has gone very much downhill in the last 10 years. They pay lowest in the industry across all positions. The only promote from within, often from pools which lack the necessary expertise in the field. Executive management is incompetent and out of touch with reality. Raises never match inflation, and are usually frozen for all staff anyway. Benefits have been cut. Stocks are no longer available to staff. Nepotism is rampant. Nothing is industry standard. It takes 10 people in middle management to approve a single change. There's never enough staff, and always an excuse why no one can have a hiring spot. You'll be doing 3 people's jobs in less than a year after everyone around you quits, but won't get paid for it. They require you to track every minute of your day in at least 2 different systems plus their punch clock system. They're a tech company who doesn't want their staff to work from home. They excel at micromanagement from all levels. This company makes the movie Office Space look like it would be a vast improvement from where it is today.
