Pros

First job out of college. Easy to get hired.

Cons

First off, if you are looking at working here internally (recruiter or account manager) then just keep looking. They have SO many promises when you walk in the door. The ideas of promotions quickly and great culture is all fake. I was told to come in work hard and get promoted. I did that and I still didn't see the money. Your hours are 7-6 and you have a brief lunch. You will work your butt off until you physically cannot work anymore. Rejection is the first word I think of when I think of selling for this company. Why sell a product that isn't necessary? That's essentially your biggest battle. Second is the management. Management is just in it for their money. They make all the money and don't really help others succeed. If the office manager likes you then you'll get places. If he doesn't then you won't. Notice how I said "he" yeah good luck going anywhere if you are a female. There has been a ton of turnover in the office so don't believe when they tell you about their retention rate due to the PI scan. I was threatened via email during my time here amongst other things. Please keep searching and don't work here, you will either leave in 1-2 years or get fired.
