Pros
-Clear purpose and values, very supportive of local causes -New opportunities with recent growth, expansion of team -Celebrate major milestones, its a family culture -SO many birthday treats. Between that and the chili cookoff, I think I put on the "Medix 15" -Unique benefits, like student loan assistance and flexible work from home hours
Cons
-There's lots to learn, staffing is a demanding industry -Meetings can take up a lot of time, slows down decision making -Leadership/advancement track isn't always clear
