      Pros

      Awesome team. Love that the core purpose is so active here! I feel like I'm part of a company that cares about the big picture and gets involved in their community beyond their business.

      Cons

      Since we're growing so rapidly, there is a lot of change to keep on top of. Also sometimes it takes a long time to implement that change.
