You can't beat the atmosphere. Everyone cares about each other and we live out our core purposes everyday. We really care about our clients and Medix employees care about the people we help find work. CEO and leadership are very involved and I don't think you find that in other companies. Leadership comes in to town frequently for training and actually reaches out and supports personal goals and development. Staffing is hard but Medix is definitely a family and I would recommend it to anyone

Longer hours and I wish we had work from home days to compete with other competitors
