Pros

You can take your experience and go somewhere else that will pay you a lot more. You learn the basics of recruiting

Cons

Pretty much everything except the fun young culture (but they're fresh out-of-college kids who don't know any better about the staffing industry). Those who figure out the industry leave on their own before they're fired. 2-3 people leave every month if not more. Turnover is crazy high here, much more than the industry average
