Long work days that isn't really needed. Depending on the team you're on, management has favorites. Criteria changed based off of what was expected for performance from certain employees while others weren't held to the same standard. Has people in management who have ZERO respect for their employees and are able to get away with it because it's swept under the rug and never addressed by people in senior positions.
