Pros
Fast promotions for high performers. Autonomy as a sales person. Terrific team - a legitimately fun place to work. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Leadership is relatively accessible. Great place to learn how to recruit and sell. You will learn the skills necessary for long term sales success.
Cons
Salaries are too low, you do not receive a raise when you are promoted. You will likely make less money in your first 3-6 months in sales then as a recruiter. Medix is family owned and the family is taken care of; sometimes to the detriment of the oragnization. The majority of talented sales people leave to go to different organizations.
