- metrics and goals are unrealistic - LOTS of cold calling - WAY too many internal meetings that are pointless - talent turnover extremely high - medix employee turnover extremely high - ZERO job stability and security - they fire employees with zero prior notice - everyone here is stressed and anxious including management - very micromanaged - recruiters competing against each other, fighting over talent/candidates - commission structure sucks - lot of favoritism so have to be liked by management in order to stay with the company - frat/sorority like culture - almost every single person who has worked here has been here for under a year besides management but they also are very young
