-They misrepresent commission structure during interview process. -High stress, high metrics, many workers are burnt out. -High turnover rate, lost 2 managers within a month, about half of the staff has been there less than a year. -Business is declining, and has riding off of inflated highs from COVID demands for the past couple of years. -Left due to getting laid off without warning two months into the job, had sales comparable to the company norm at my stage and was given no prior indication that I had to worry about my job security. This happened in a 5 minute call in which most of the time was spent talking about equipment return. In my experiences, many would be best off taking this position only if it is your only option. There is a world of better opportunities out there. The people you work with will be great, but upper management sees you as nothing but a number.
