You will worry about your metrics 24/7. Everyone is burnt out. Fake family environment where corporate expects everyone to drink the kool aid. Don't get tricked into taking this position, you will be a glorified telemarketer bothering people with phone calls. In order to find the few people open to being contacted, you will have to log in at 6 AM to get the few good leads before they are taken. After you have gotten your talent placed, you will be seeing a 1% commission on the profits. The salary ranges on here are only accurate for about the top 5% of recruiters who have had a long time to build a strong book of business. Everyone I know who have moved on to other companies have not looked back. Run before you get stuck.
