-No sense of job security- layoffs and firings occur twice a year in mass waves -Unrealistic metrics to hit- each line of business has the same metrics you are expected to hit despite industry/market differences. If you are not exceeding your metrics you will be fired with no warning or negative feedback ever. -Micromanagement- you supervisor will constantly ask you what you are doing and exactly at 8 am you are expect to have your day planned out and share that with everyone despite starting your day at 8 am -No diversity within the company- 95% of the office is new grads from upper class and wealthy backgrounds with access to vacation and second homes -DEI is only a buzzword and not valued -Long hours and required company happy hours after hours -toxic positivity, you can not offer constructive criticism or your loyalty will be questioned -No room for growth -There is not room for a seat at the table ever -dishonest about compensation and commission structure -low pay, prior experience is not valued or compensated. Everyone starts at the same base pay -Mandatory in office days which continues to increase and is now requiring being in office 3 days a week at least
