      Pros

      The people are great. This job is not easy but the leaders on my team are very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      The recruiters are compensated poorly. You can be very successful as a recruiter and still only take home a tiny fraction of the comission you bring in, The base bumps need to be bigger for contest winners, and the contract commission structure needs to be improved.

      It was a great experience. I meet a lot of new people i gained some new skills. It was a lovely place.

      I would say, kind, I would say no discrimination the against harassment in the workplace friendly people.

      Weekly pay, easy communication, sick leave

      Cons

      No health-care, no dental care, no vision care, 401k options available only 6 months into contract.
