      Fun co-workers, set flex hours, lots of work to keep busy, decent benefits, free gym, Starbucks on site, subsidized cafeteria.

      Cons

      Severely micro-managed, years behind in technology/programs, can't work from home, city office accessible for some but not others (not a company wide policy), management shows favoritism, no room for growth and promotions are rare.
