Pros
As a young employee, Medline definitely gives you a chance to prove yourself. However you're time here will rely heavily on the quality of your manager and division president. The company is also growing like crazy.
Cons
If you get stuck with a bad boss / division president, you will suffer. Their positions are inflated (can be promoted to a product manager at age 24, but will continue to make entry level salary). It's also very old school, but they are working to change that.
