Pros
You will gather invaluable learning experiences at this company as you manage and have control over more aspects of your business as compared to competitive companies. Good place to start a career.
Cons
You can make endless lateral moves but there is very little room for upward mobility unless you are a friend or family member of the owners and their closest associates. The culture is aggressive, swearing is prevalent, and sales reps are extremely rude with very few exceptions. Associates can have an inflated sense of self worth encouraged by the "we're the best, screw you" culture. Every department operates separately, cross-over is very poorly managed, and communication can be very poor. You will work a lot, but you will not make a lot - you should apply here for the work experience, not the pay.
