Opportunity to make a difference at any stage in your career. Opportunity to be in front of customers and figure out how to solve problems.. This is a winning team to play on. Still a family business.
Cons
Sometimes it is hard to shut off work...not because management is pushing too hard but rather because things are moving fast and you feel (and you are ) responsible. So a lot of self imposed internal pressure.
