Getting hired here was one of the worst things that has ever happened to me. It's like Lord of the Flies or junior high all over again. There is no guidance, training, or mentoring. No one knows what is going on. The management is clueless and relies on a few inept minions to tell them what to think because they are too out of touch. Sexist, backward place where 60 hours a week are expected and yet unappreciated.
