Pros
Great pay, great benefits, and a great field to be in for the long run if you have previous experience.
Cons
Very poor training for new employees. I came in with a year of experience in the healthcare field and left the job after 3 months. I made it clear before I started that this role was completely new to me. There is no structure to their training program. My role was 100% remote and I was assigned a trainer my first day. After about 3 weeks of learning the software and ins and outs of the job, I rarely heard from my trainer. People were reaching out to me asking me for reports and various questions relating to things I had never heard of or been trained on. That is why I say their training program is subpar. There was no communication, seeing as my manager and trainer were not communicating to others what I did/ did not get trained on so far. It set me up to look bad and seem unprepared when I had people asking me for things.
