Pros
Good upcoming brand in the clinical research landscape, Solid growth over the last many years, expertise in clinical development. Good Salary and office infrastructure. Excellent local leadership in India when I joined.
Cons
Severe lack of communication with associates outside US, no global leadership, knee jerk reaction company with ever changing policies, severe lack of vision, lack of reward for foreign workers, run like a family business by CEO and Head of Clinical Operations - Almost like an anarchy, Lot of politics and back biting, especially between MRL laboratory and CRO.
