Fun job, super interesting product, coworkers are very nice, office is beautiful and in good location
Cons
Did not do a good job of developing career. Slow decision making leads to engineers doing non-engineering tasks a LOT. Very inconsistent promotion guidelines -- some teams promote engineers every year, others keep making excuses not to promote you.
