The flexibility of when we show up is fantastic. You can arrive at any time you want, as long as it’s the exact time management had in mind but didn’t bother to communicate.
Cons
Management and supervision at this company are profoundly incompetent. The people in charge lack even a basic understanding of the work they are supposedly overseeing, which leads them to invent arbitrary, inconsistent rules that actively obstruct productivity rather than support it. There is no meaningful mentorship, no strategic direction, and no investment in employee development. Career growth is effectively nonexistent; staying here means stagnation. If you’re looking to learn, advance, or be led by people who actually understand the job, this is not the place.
