Great pay if you can put up with the BS.... - Distribution Medtronic Employee Review

The endless corporate BS, a generally severe lack of communication or caring at the local level, and the really craptacular way that promotions are handled at the local(Memphis facilities) level. The buddy system is SOP. Really productive employees are almost punished for doing an outstanding job---again, at the local level. I can't speak for anything outside of the Memphis facilities in this regard. The atmosphere used to be much nicer when it was just Sofamor Danek. It started going downhill when the "Medtronic" was added.
