Pros
Overall it is a very employee friendly company that plans events and recognition for the employees. It is a relatively stable and secure environment compared to other companies in area.
Cons
Accountability is a buzzword, but is really just starting to exist. If you are a top performer, plan to get all the difficult projects and watch your colleagues go home early and not accomplish anything. This division is focused almost entirely on manufacturing cost and is ignoring the majority of true product realization costs.
