      Pros

      Excellent staff who is willing to help, to share knowledge, and to create. Many opportunities to learn about physiology.

      Cons

      Management could learn to better harness the marvelous abilities of its staff members. Currently, there are times when dialogue with management could be improved so that corporate objectives, practices, and business models could be met more successfully.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
