      Pros

      I really love the company. Despite the hardships of the recent economy, I still feel safe here. My group is great, and I really feel like I can make a difference here.

      Cons

      There are some processed that can be difficult to complete, here. For example, a name change. There is no structured set to tasks to complete, and I really felt like I was going in circles just to get everything done.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
