      Pros

      Great place to work , fair, level headed management, decent comp and generally good opportunities. Each business unit doss have it unique culture within the company.

      Cons

      I was career grid locked at Physio-Control. The company has placed a transfer band on moving out of Physio to insure staff stay until such time as the decision to sell spin or not is finalized.

      Really can’t think of many. It’s heavily matrixed but that’s to be expected.

      The mission. Work life balance. Great co workers. Opportunity to work on various products.

      Cons

      Typical issues of a HUGE company. Too many title chasers with lack of accountability. Stock has been flat for years.
