      Pros

      The organization gives everyone utmost liberty to manage the territory and its distributors. The division that I work for - ST is known to have a very strong team with high calibre individuals. Hence, there is always a healthy competition in the division.

      Cons

      There are not too many cons here. However, working for a long time at any medical devices/healthcare company may limit your chances outside the industry. Well, that applies go all sectors, ain't it?

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
