Recruiter and interviewers promised unrealistic future and once you started, you soon realize the whole thing is a lie. Literally bait and switch First , business is going downhill. In the last several years, they NEVER paid full amount of promised bonus. Not only that, in the year end review, management uses various excuses telling us no good rating is given out. Yearly salary increase is way below inflation rate. At the same time, our Executives just rewarded themselves double digit increase in compensation. Few years in, I'm spending more on commuting, earning less because of low bonus , low MIP . I also work much longer because new RTO push. Things are NEVER easy here. Not only development work but even day-to-day admin works, IT stuffs even securing office desk is a challenge.
