      Pros

      The people are nice to work with at director level and below.

      Cons

      Raises less than inflation year after year Little to no opportunity for promotion, despite taking on work of 2+ people. Bonus never pays out at 100% and is small to start with. Forced 4 day a week RTO policy regardless of people you interact with with no exceptions made, Upper management cares more about their own bank accounts and shareholders than they do about their employees.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
