Pros

Nearly everything. They give many great toons to properties to run properties to the best of there ability

Cons

They allow owners to micro manage slightly at the property level. Overall great time. There is very to little no benefits alloted with the company but that is something they say is coming.

Pros

Centrally located in DFW in Las Colinas

Cons

No insurance, no benefits, no bonus structure. No yearly budgets for hotels. No quarterly sales reviews, no true CRM. Shady business practices . Extremely high turnover in all positions. No training. Lack of overall sales process knowledge. Lack of brand awareness. Make sure you get everything in email just in case management forgets what they've promised you or if they forget what they said verbally.
