      Pros

      Very easy to get hired in, the newer the store the more unlikely they will write people up for anything. Willing to promote from within.

      Cons

      They will hire practically anybody, give some video training, then hope for the best. Basic standards and accountability are largely ignored the newer the store. Some management take things seriously and others just show up

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
