      Job security, paid vacations and routine raises as part of a union contract agreement.

      Cons

      Leadership team needs intensive training on how to lead without lowering morale. Little to no accountability for those who underperform. No correction for leaders who need training in their department.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
