      Pros

      Great company and benefits, absolutely amazing team members, fun promotions to all employees, flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can be way too much with an insane amount of pressure to complete with very unreliable programs. When I had extra time on my hands and I knew my team members were drowning, I asked my manager to help and was declined. The pressure on our managers is also intense and a lot of the cross-functional teams don't communicate enough.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
