      You get a paycheck, and benefits(if your fulltime)

      Cons

      They only care about upper management walks, the customer is no longer the focus. I wonder how Fred would feel if he really knew how the customer focus has been pushed aside.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
