      None at the moment. Stay away

      Cons

      Purposely understaffed. Never enough resources. Expectations do not come close to matching staffing levels. Low Morale. Health insurance and 401k matching gets worse each year.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
