Very high turnover because of the Low pay, and poor work conditions/Mgmt. in many areas. Very little professional-growth support. Many stores still operate under the archaic Windows 7. So the computer 'training' is ridiculously janky. The break area is always filthy. Service does not provide lockers or storage for belongings/coats, so they really push for you to invest in a locker. Which is at the back end of the store - which makes no sense. Pricey unaffordable health benefits (not worth it for part-time) Bad Management - depending on the store, some are very good, but others are incompetents who don't know their left from their right. Scheduling - depending on the dept. it can be tough if something last-minute or SOS arises (esp. in staffing shortage)
