      Poor Communication between departments Difficult to promote I have often felt that middle management cares more about improving numbers, than about the success of its employees.

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
