      Cons

      Pay isn't great if you're not considered "management". While I worked 19 years for the company I hit a dead end in pay and the advancement in my position was unclear to me for years.

      Pros

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
