Pros

This company continues to show growth and hit some tremendous benchmarks, it is exciting to contribute to those results and also rewarding. This also means there are more opportunities to perform and be rewarded for such. Working with some top-notch individuals has provided me with some great chances to prove my salt and also add new skills to my quiver. The company makes sure to acknowledge and celebrate its employees often for birthdays, achievements, holiday parties, and a summer picnic - and spares no expense doing so. From the warehouse and manufacturing folks right on up to senior management we all get to share some pretty fun times and have some great prizes offered as well.

Cons

At times Melaleuca requires a little more than 100% of your time and dedication. This may include a late night, an early morning - or even some off time to hop online and contribute to your team's success. In this regard, it's not for you if you are a 9-5 card puncher. There is enough ebb and flow for me that this isn't an issue.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
