Pros

I’m a long time Melaleuca employee, and I love it! Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different departments, and the positions I held in every one of them have helped grow as a person and as a professional. One of the things I like the most about my job is being part of Melaleuca’s mission of enhancing lives. My job contributes to fulfill that mission, and that gives me profound satisfaction. Melaleuca brings that mission to life starting from within. As employees we are given the chance to show and develop our talents, and we’re encouraged to set high goals and to work hard to achieve them. The company’s fast pace provides great opportunities for growth and learning. I feel that I learn something new every day, and that makes my job even more enjoyable. The Melaleuca effect goes way beyond a paycheck. It permeates through a culture of respect and kindness at all levels, of support to the employees, and of course, through its wonderful products.

Cons

Last minute needs put a strain in work schedules.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
