It drives job satisfaction, high performance, and attracts the type of employees that make work an uplifting place to be. I don't dread getting up on Monday morning to go to work. In fact, I look forward to it all weekend and can't stop thinking about what I'm going to accomplish when I get there

Melaleuca has a fast paced environment. Policies and procedures change rapidly, and management rapid growth and fluid information can be challenging. If you need everything to be black and white and unchanging, this can create a high degree of stress
